Seamlessly. You don’t need to hunt for reliable contractors. Nava Construction, our in-house team, handles everything from design and permitting to the final build. This ensures your project stays on budget and finishes on time.
Can I invest if I live out of state or outside the US?
Yes. We act as your “boots on the ground” in Florida. We scout the properties, manage the renovations, and handle the transaction details remotely, providing you with full digital transparency and regular video updates.
How do I get access to off-market deals?
Our best distressed assets and development opportunities are reserved for our Private Client Group. You can apply for membership in our “Private Client” section to gain priority access to inventory before it hits the public market.
Do you assist with financing or hard money loans?
We are not a bank, but we have a trusted network of lenders. Whether you need a conventional mortgage for your first home or a “hard money” loan for a quick Fix & Flip project, we connect you with the right partners to fund your deal.
What is included in the 1-on-1 Mentorship program?
It is a hands-on training program. We audit your financial goals, teach you how to underwrite deals using our proprietary calculators, and help you structure your legal entities (LLCs). It’s not just theory; we analyze live deals together.
Do you handle property management after the renovation?
Yes. We offer a full-cycle service. Once Nava Construction finishes the project, our leasing team can market the property, vet tenants, and manage the rental, making your investment truly passive and turnkey.
Is there a fee for the initial strategy consultation?
No. We offer a complimentary discovery call to assess your goals and see if we are a good fit. However, deep-dive strategy sessions or project feasibility studies may have a consulting fee, which is credited back if you proceed with a transaction.
